Samples!

I'm no stranger to ripping out the free samples my page automatically lands on when I first open my magazines, but what happens next? Truth be told, I hardly ever use them! My immediate thoughts are always the same - 'Ooh I can't wait to try this', but in reality it usually gets thrown inside one of my larger cosmetics bags which I store all of my unloved samples in.

I've decided, in a bid to save some money over my revision period so I can have one big shopping trip / weekend away in Liverpool at the end of exams, I'm going to use up all of my samples this month, and hopefully discover some new great products!

I've emptied out the bag that I store the sachets in, and it mainly consists of shampoos, conditioners and moisturisers. I'm putting them to the test, and will be posting my thoughts on here afterwards.

Would you like to see mini posts for every two or three products or one large post at the end citing every sample I've used? Please let me know by leaving a comment below!

Do you use your samples often or are you like me and store them all up to never be used?

  1. I wish I had that many samples! I tend to either use them straight away or loose them :( I'm trying to buy more magazines though so hopefully I can build a bit of a collection like you! I think I'd rather see a few posts about every 2-3 products instead of one long one :)

  5. I did this recently - went on a mission to get rid of all my samples I mean - and though I didn't come across anything I thought I loved or wanted to rush out and buy I loved getting the drawer cleared out of all the random sachets, and it took me about a month to use them all, so it definitely can save money!
