Drive-Thru Selfridges?

Today I read something that completely blew my mind. Selfridges are launching a drive through store. Yes, you read that right, not a fast food chain, not Costa, SELFRIDGES.

This is such an awesome concept, but after reading a little more into it, you actually have to order the item online first then drive to the back of Oxford Street to pick it up. Sounds a little like a more hassle version of delivery if you ask me! It would be pretty handy if you were hunting for the that last minute designer item however, as you could order online using your phone, then swing by to pick it up without leaving the comfort of your car. Either way it's revolutionary, and I think we can expect to see some more high street retailers imitating it in the years to come.

As previously mentioned, I've been saving these pictures from a recent trip to our very own capital city, for my final week of exams when I would not have the time to post every day. Highlights of this trip included a visit to the brand new & Other Stories store on Regent Street, an obligatory browse around Libertys and lust over the Diptyque candles, Russell Brand and Noel Fielding at the Royal Albert Hall and a cheeky McDonalds breakfast on the way back up the M1.

Just a quick post today to let you know that I will be in London this weekend so won't be able to blog! Stay tuned for a big haul / weekend post with lots of great photos from my stay. I'm currently trying to work out how little I can spend on food so I can maximise my budget for Libertys! ;)

Insta-Fortnight

Happy Saturday guys!

Time for another insta-fortnight, the post that gives you all a sneaky look into what I've been up to for the past two weeks. And boy, do I take a lot of photos!

Today I went to Cheshire Oaks Designer Shopping Village. I had never been before and I'm undecided if it was as good as Bicester, but it was nice to spend some time with my boyfriend and grab a few designer goodies with a hefty discount at the same time!!
